Developed to provide a removal solution for the High Pressure Fuel Pump Sprocket fitted
to the Hyundai and Kia 2.0 & 2.2 CR diesel engines listed below. This tool allows the fuel
pump sprocket to be pulled from the pump. N.B: For 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7
•Used to remove the high pressure diesel fuel pump sprocket on Hyundai/KIA
(2.0 & 2.2 CRDi engines)
•Application: Chain driven CRDi diesel engines 2.0 & 2.2 CRDi fitted to Hyundai and KIA models
•Equivalent to OEM 09331-1M100
•Access to the engine timing chain requires the removal of the sump which is greatly assisted
by using sump joint separator (OEM09215-3C000)
•Essential for sprocket removal
